Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events for children, including birthday parties, workshops, and special events.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and drive attendance through various channels.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional customer service.
Analyze event performance and sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on event objectives and sales targets.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in event management and sales to continuously improve and innovate our offerings.
Work on the existing data and call the clients regarding sales.
