Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Swim Coach located in Pune. The Assistant Swim Coach will be responsible for providing swim instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Day-to-day tasks include creating and delivering swimming lessons, ensuring the safety of all participants during sessions, conducting group or individual training, and maintaining a positive and encouraging learning environment.
The role also includes assisting with the organization and supervision of aquatic programs and events.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Swim Instruction and Swim Lessons
Strong skills and experience in Swimming and Aquatics
Certified Lifeguarding qualifications
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with students of all age groups
Ability to motivate and inspire confidence in participants
First Aid and CPR certification is advantageous
Previous experience in coaching or a sports training environment is desirable
