Associate Teacher - Physical Education

Key Responsibilities
Teaching Physical Education (60% Focus)
Develop an annual plan, unit plans, and lesson plans for PE and sports instruction.
Ensure lesson plans balance fitness and sports skill development for students.
Conduct PE and sports classes across grades (approximately 3 classes per grade).
Administer regular assessments to monitor student fitness and progress.
Build a positive school culture focused on learning, fitness, and joy.
Engage parents through regular meetings to foster a supportive learning environment.
Managing External Sports Coaches (20% Focus)
Identify, onboard, and manage 3–4 sports coaches for students.
Monitor and evaluate coaches' performance to ensure professionalism and effectiveness.
Register students for sports meets, events, and competitions regularly.
Leading School Projects (20% Focus)
Collaborate with the Principal, Vice Principal, and teachers to design and run school projects (e.g., Annual Day, Sports Day, Hobby Clubs).
Use projects as opportunities to develop leadership skills and enhance student learning experiences.
