Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Swim Coach in Pune. The Swim Coach will be responsible for providing swim instruction, leading swim lessons, and promoting safety in and around the water. The role includes designing and delivering training programs tailored to individual abilities and goals, overseeing swimmer progress, and ensuring adherence to safety standards during all aquatic activities. The Swim Coach will work closely with participants of all ages to foster confidence and skill development in swimming.

Qualifications

Skills in Swim Instruction and ability to provide effective, goal-oriented swim lessons
Proficiency in Swimming and sound technical knowledge for various swim strokes
Experience in Lifeguarding and ensuring swimmer safety during aquatic activities
Knowledge of Aquatics and water safety regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to encourage and inspire swimmers
Relevant certifications such as first aid, CPR, or water safety instructor certification
Prior experience in a coaching or training role, especially in aquatics, is preferred
A passion for teaching swimming and helping participants achieve their goals
