Role Summary
The Logistics Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day system
operations, ensuring quality control of inward and outward movements, coordinating with
vendors and delivery partners, and supporting on-time deliveries. The role also involves data
analysis to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and support operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Support
Handle day-to-day logistics operations on internal systems, ensuring basic data entry, updates,
and task completion as per SOPs.
Quality Checks (Inward & Outward)
Support quality checks for inbound and outbound materials using the QC system and report
any issues to seniors.
Vendor Coordination
Follow up with transporters and vendors for bills, Proof of Delivery (POD), and basic
documentation.
Delivery Coordination
Assist in coordinating pickups and deliveries to help ensure timely movement of goods and
escalate delays when required.
Data Tracking & Reporting
Maintain simple trackers and reports in Excel/Google Sheets for deliveries, POD status, and
vendor performance.
Qualifications & Experience
0–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain
Basic knowledge of logistics or warehouse operations
Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Willingness to learn and support daily operational activities
Key Skills & Competencies
Basic operations and coordination skills
Attention to detail for data and QC checks
Good communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work with vendors and internal teams
Basic data handling
Good to Have
Experience in B2B logistics or industrial supply chains
Exposure to QC workflows and audit processes
Understanding of billing, POD, and freight reconciliation
