Accountable for global logistics planning performance and outcomes, including monitoring key KPIs and driving measurable improvements across regions. Ensures enterprise adherence to the global logistics planning framework, providing data ‑led improvement recommendations to regions and Global Logistics Excellence leadership. Is responsible for the implementation and progress tracking of the logistics capability framework, enabling sustained capability uplift across the organization.

Role Description
- 1.Global Logistics Planning Performance
Clear ownership of global logistics planning performance across warehousing and transportation, with consistent visibility of Key Performance Indicators across regions. Measurable improvements in cost, service, safety, resilience, and working capital, driven through enterprise‑level performance visibility. Actionable, data‑backed performance improvement recommendations to regions and Global Logistics CoE leadership.
2. Global Framework Adherence & Governance
Sustained enterprise adherence to the logistics planning, ensuring consistency and comparability across regions. Clearly defined global standards, decision rights, and governance mechanisms for logistics planning and performance management. Continuous enhancement of global frameworks based on performance insights and business needs.
3. Capability Framework Implementation
Enterprise‑wide implementation of the global logistics framework across warehousing and transportation. Visible measurement of capability maturity and progress by regions. Proven uplift in logistics planning and performance capability, reflected in reduced performance variability and improved outcomes.
4. Data‑Led Performance & Digital Maturity
Standardised, enterprise‑level logistics performance visibility through Key Performance Indicators, dashboards, and analytics. Increased use of data‑led insights to support planning decisions and prioritisation of improvement actions. Tangible improvement in digital maturity of logistics planning and performance monitoring.
5. Enterprise Alignment & Influence
Effective governance and critical issue of logistics performance topics across enterprise forums. Consistent adoption of global standards and performance subject areas through influence rather than authority.
Experience and Qualifications

Required:

7+ years of experience in logistics, data analysis and project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SAP, etc.).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge of logistics operations, systems, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
Desired:
Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and run multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to global or multi region environments with matrixed ways of working.
Key partners will include:
Logistics community and project owners, spanning logistics planning, transportation, warehousing, digitalisation, and logistics control tower capabilities.
Supply Chain Planning and execution partners, including S&OP / IBP, demand and supply planning teams, and PU or market logistics leaders responsible for adoption and execution.
Digital, Data & Analytics partners, including logistics planning analysts, logistics data analysts/integrators, and analytics communities of practice supporting modelling, data governance, and performance visibility.
Programme sponsors and governance forums, including steering committees and advisory boards overseeing prioritisation, alignment, and value delivery of CoE initiatives.
Supply Chain Leadership Team (Globally, Regionally as well as Country/Markets), Finance and Procurements. This includes resources based in BTC and FBT.
