We are hiring Logistics Operations Professionals & Team Leads for Pune location. Looking for candidates with strong experience in International Logistics Operations along with SAP expertise and team handling exposure.

Dates: 18th June & 19th June 2026

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end Logistics Operations including shipment coordination and delivery management
Minimum 2+ years of experience in International Logistics / Supply Chain Operations
Strong hands-on experience in SAP (Mandatory – profiles without SAP will not be considered)
Experience in shipment planning, dispatch, tracking, and logistics documentation
Coordinate with customers, vendors, freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams
Manage shipment status, delivery timelines, and inventory movements
Handle logistics discrepancies, exceptions, and escalations
Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational MIS
Good understanding of i mport/export processes and supply chain operations

Team Lead Requirement:

Minimum 6+ years of total experience in International Logistics Operations
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Team Lead role within Logistics Operations
Strong hands-on experience in SAP (Mandatory)
Good knowledge of KPI, KRA, and SLA management
Experience in handling team size of 20+ members
Responsible for team performance, workload allocation, and escalation handling
CTC for Team Lead Role: ₹9 – ₹11 LPA
