Fretlog is looking for a  Logistics Operations Executive  to join our team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities
Complete end to end operation and coordination for Ocean Export & Ocean Import files.
JOB creation, updating, cost sheet preparation in FRETRACK.
Co-ordination with Transporter, CHA, Overseas Agent, Co-Loader, Shipping line and customer.
Planning and execution of export & import containers by arranging on time DO, transport, clearance, pre and post shipment documents.
Co-ordination with accounts for Shipping line, CFS or any vendor payments.
Excellent knowledge on export & import inco terms & procedure.
Receiving & verifying pre-alerts from Overseas agents.
Completing advance manifest filling with customs.

Relevant industry experience
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
Strong Microsoft Skills for common apps
