Warehouse Operator

Inventory & Stock Management

Receive, verify, and record incoming stock.
Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
Conduct periodic physical stock audits and report discrepancies.

Record Keeping & Documentation

Maintain proper logs including GRN, stock transfers, inward/outward registers.
Update system or Excel sheets with stock movement details.
Ensure all records are neat, accurate, and up-to-date.

Packaging & Handling

Pick and pack orders based on order sheets.
Ensure proper packaging standards to avoid damage during transit.
Label packaging and follow safety & quality guidelines.

Shipping & Dispatch

Prepare parcels for shipping and coordinate with courier partners.
Generate invoices, shipping labels, and documentation as required.
Track dispatched shipments and update the system accordingly.

Warehouse Maintenance

Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
Follow material handling procedures to avoid damage or safety hazards.

Requirements

Diploma/Any Graduation.
Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
Basic knowledge of inventory software or MS Excel.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lift and move goods safely.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be punctual, responsible, and disciplined.
Basic understanding of courier/shipping processes preferred.
