Job Summary  We are looking for a motivated and energetic Executive – Packhouse Operations to support daily packhouse activities including sorting, packing, quality checks, inventory coordination, and dispatch operations. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in operations, supply chain, warehouse, or food/agri processing industries.

Key Responsibilities   Assist in daily packhouse operations such as sorting, grading, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure products are packed according to company and customer standards.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the packhouse.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.
Support inventory tracking of packaging materials and finished goods.
Prepare basic operational and dispatch reports.
Monitor packing activities and report operational issues to supervisors.
Follow SOPs and operational guidelines effectively.
Required Skills   Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Willingness to work in operational environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
Ability to work in a team and manage tasks efficiently
Eligibility   Graduate / MSc in mircobiology
