This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Operations Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Warehouse Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, checking, storing, and issuing goods in line with Farm Didi’s quality standards. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, coordinating packing and dispatch of finished products, and maintaining accurate records in warehouse systems or registers. The role involves organizing storage space efficiently, ensuring proper handling and labeling of products, and supporting traceability and hygiene standards.

The Warehouse Operations Executive will also coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate in any discipline. A background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or Operations Management is an advantage.

Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics coordination. Prior exposure to FMCG, food products, or e-commerce fulfilment is strongly preferred.

Location:

Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate before joining. This is a fully onsite role in Hadapsar.

Required Skills:

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end warehouse operations: inward, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns

• Strong understanding of inventory control principles including FIFO, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation

• Familiarity with FBA preparation guidelines, marketplace packaging norms, and courier integration workflows

• Experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers and resolving shipment exceptions
Systems & Reporting

• Working knowledge of a WMS, ERP, or inventory management platform such as Unicommerce, Increff, Tally, or similar

• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for daily MIS, stock tracking, and performance reporting

• Ability to generate GRNs, dispatch challans, shipping labels, and e-way bills accurately
Process Discipline & Problem Solving

• Strong attention to detail: weight discrepancies, mislabelled SKUs, and SLA breaches do not get past you

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously during peak dispatch hours without losing accuracy

• Comfort with ambiguity and the initiative to solve problems on the floor without waiting to be told
Team Coordination & Communication

• Ability to brief, guide, and hold accountable a small team of warehouse floor staff
