Job Description & How to Apply Below
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Recommend music courses, enrolment, collect school fees.
- Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
- Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc
- Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work 3 to 4 days a week (including both weekends) ;
Duration : 5 to 9.5 hrs - Able to work at "
retail hours
" (nights and weekends)
