Job Responsibilities
- Conduct computer and digital skills training for students and staff.
- Develop and review training materials and programmes to support digital literacy and technology skills development.
- Support the use of multimedia, productivity and online learning tools.
- Provide technical support for IT equipment, computer labs and technology-related activities.
- Assist with the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment for events, meetings and webinars.
- Support photography, videography, photo/video editing and digital media management.
- Maintain and organise digital media resources and assist with website updates.
- Assist with technology-related activities, assessments and programme reviews.
- Support inventory management of IT and AV equipment.
- Provide other technical, training and project support as required.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Digital Media, Multimedia, Education Technology or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in computer training or technology-related training.
- Experience working with students or in an educational environment is preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Knowledge of multimedia applications such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with basic coding or STEM platforms such as Scratch, Arduino or micro is an advantage.
- Experience in photography, videography, animation, video editing or website maintenance is an advantage.
- Good project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Working Hours:
18 month contract (Jan 2027 to Jun 2028)
Monday to Thursdays: 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
Friday: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
School events:
May be deployed at 7.15 am to support school events such as Awards Day, Lunar New Year and school anniversary celebrations.
If so, working hours will be adjusted accordingly.
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
