About the role
This is a full-time Facilities Supervisor / M&E Maintenance Technical Officer role based in Singapore for a leading facilities management company. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the building facilities and infrastructure.
Job Description sTo supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance activities for preventive and corrective maintenance works. To manage the team of technicians and technical officers for smooth work operations in facilities maintenance (M&E and some Building Maintenance). Work in a team with Managers and Engineers for a prestige local Educational Institution.
Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects, maintenance, repair, shut down and overhaul works.
Coordinates, installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical and mechanical and other related systems.
Carry out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks on Electrical/ ACMV system including BMS, chilled water system, FCU, AHU and mechanical ventilation system.
Attend to defects and requests promptly and carry out urgent breakdowns.
Ensure maintenance or repair works are carried out timely and effectively.
To conduct regular inspections of the building premises, systems and any equipment. Assist in preparing and submission of costing and quotations if required.
To attend and respond to users’ requests and feedback on any fault issues and following up with resolution with the team.
Perform routine inspection on electrical facilities and services. Attending to work orders maintenance of the properties and maintain proper maintenance checklist.
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Building Services and above.
Minimum 3 years of Singapore relevant working experience in the Facilities Maintenance industry.
Good technical knowledge in building maintenance, M&E systems ( Electrical / ACMV).
Good team player and effective communication skills.
Proficient Microsoft Office Application.
