Student Management Officer

$3,100–$3,200/month
11-month contract | Jan 2027 – Nov 2027

Working Hours:

Mon–Thu: 8.00am–5.30pm Fri: 8.00am–5.00pm
No work on weekends & gazetted public holidays

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent, preferably relevant field
• Min. 2 years’ experience working with youth
• Min. 2 years’ investigation or case management experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal & report-writing skills
• Able to handle sensitive situations and resolve conflicts
• Strong confidentiality and professional boundaries

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate student misconduct cases and prepare reports
• Conduct student check-ins and rehabilitation programmes
• Engage parents/guardians and coordinate with school stakeholders
• Maintain confidential disciplinary and student records
• Conduct school walkabouts and support preventive efforts
• Liaise with external agencies/community partners when required
• Prepare progress reports and perform other assigned duties
