SG is on a mission to deliver high-quality, mobile personal training across Singapore - at client homes, condo gyms, and outdoor spaces. We're not a gym. We bring fitness to the client.

We're looking for a high-performing Personal Trainer based in Singapore North-East to lead both training delivery and client success. As one of the early full-time trainers on our growing team, you'll not only provide top-tier coaching, but also manage new leads, conduct trial sessions, and convert them into long-term clients.

This is a unique opportunity for a certified trainer who wants to go beyond coaching - and grow with a tech-enabled fitness startup that puts client experience first.

The majority of clients in this role are female, and sessions often involve 1-on-1 training in homes or private spaces. As such, a female trainer is preferred to better align with client comfort and preferences.

• Deliver 1-on-1 personal training at homes, condo gyms, or outdoor locations
• Primary service areas:
  Punggol, Sengkang, Hougang, Serangoon (with occasional nearby travel)
• Customize fitness programs based on client goals and fitness level
• Motivate, track progress, and ensure safe, effective workouts
• Deliver engaging trial sessions that demonstrate value and build trust

• Serve as the first point of contact for new personal training leads assigned by the company
• Coordinate and schedule trial sessions within 2-3 days of lead assignment
• Follow up with trial clients to answer questions, handle objections, and convert them into paid packages
• Track lead status and conversion performance using CRM or reporting tools

• Upsell renewals and higher-tier packages
• Collect client testimonials and feedback
• Create basic fitness content (photos, tips, IG Reels)
• Represent Strings
  
  SG at roadshows, demos, or pop-up events
• Support the onboarding of new trainers in future

Base Salary:

• Competitive base salary (Commensurate with experience, certifications, and performance)

Per-Session Commission (Tiered):

• Commission is calculated monthly based on total completed sessions
• Higher session volume unlocks higher commission rates

Travel Allowance:

• Travel allowance provided to cover island-wide commuting between client locations

Monthly Earning Potential:

• Up to $4000 - $6,000/month (including base salary, tiered per-session commissions, and travel allowance)

• Personal Training Certification (ACE, NASM, NCSF, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification (or willing to get one)
• 1 year of experience as a certified personal trainer
• Experience in customizing fitness programs for diverse clients (weight loss, strength, mobility, etc.)
• Familiar with trial sessions
  , goal setting
  , and progress tracking
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Confident handling trial leads and upselling packages
• Willing to travel island-wide for sessions

• 1+ years experience including:
  • Freelance PT work or gym-based personal training
  • Some exposure to client sales, rebooking, or upselling packages
• Track record of client retention or referrals
• Comfortable with basic digital tools: CRM apps, booking platforms, or Excel
• Experience creating social content (e.g. IG reels, workout tips) a strong plus

• Training takes place across Singapore - in condo gyms, client homes, Active
  
  SG gyms, Gym pods or parks
• Admin, follow-ups, and scheduling can be handled remotely or during off-peak hours
