Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Seasonal Automotive Detailer. This position pays $16 / hour based on a 40 hour workweek. This is a Seasonal position located at 4509 Tamiami Trail Port Charlotte, FL 33980. The role offers flexible start dates between November and December 2025 and will not exceed 150 days.

• Tuesday: 8:00am-6:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am-6:00pm
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 8:00am-6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am-2:00pm

We are dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry vehicle exterior – including cars, vans and trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield, reset vehicle settings, handle lost & found items, verify registration
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, tread depth and exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect for safety concerns; report warning lights, windshield and tire damage; pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair and odors
• Assist customers when needed and may transport customers to and from the branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interiors and exteriors of branch locations
• Site appearance responsibilities also include desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and other miscellaneous tasks related to branch cleanliness

Additional Responsibilities

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
• Must be willing to work a seasonal position for no longer than 150 days.
• Cannot have held another position, regular or seasonal, with Enterprise Mobility or any of its brands in the past 13 weeks.
