Watson Civil Construction, Inc. is a heavy/highway contractor working throughout Florida specializing in large site infrastructure, underground, and road work.

We are currently looking for an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead a crew in Punta Gorda, FL. For inquiries please call .

• Maintain the production schedule while ensuring safety compliance.
• Execute work according to directives received from the Superintendent.
• Operate heavy machinery proficiently.
• Maintain the quality of work performed and materials delivered.
• Understand and enforce the quality control standards required in the plans and specifications.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and mentoring to the crew; hold the crew accountable to compliance, quality, and safety of the project.

• Experience in underground utility construction.
• Strong management skills and the ability to supervise employees.
• FDOT experience preferred.

• Company truck.
