All Lot Services, LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Estimator to join our growing team. Projects may include:
Site development, land clearing and excavation, grading, drainage and culverts, septic systems, erosion and sediment control, environmental work, lake bank restoration, and other civil/site work.
Responsibilities include:
- Review bids, plans, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
- Perform material and quantity takeoffs
- Obtain and compare material and subcontractor pricing
- Assist with labor and equipment cost calculations
- Prepare detailed estimates and proposals
- Maintain organized estimating records
- Follow up on bids and project information as needed
- Work closely with ownership and field operations to ensure estimates reflect actual project requirements
