• Review patient medical history.
• Provide excellent 1:1 care, spending an average of 40 minutes with each patient.
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury.
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed.
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• A Physical Therapist currently licensed in Florida (or able to expeditiously begin licensing process).
• Working knowledge of computer and EMR software applications.
• All experience levels encouraged to apply.
