Salary: $85,000-$100,000 per year plus up to $15,000 sign‑on bonus.

Location: Punta Gorda, Florida (portfolio of 14 clinics in Southwest Florida).

Responsibilities:

• Review patients’ medical history
• Provide 1:1 care, averaging 40 minutes per patient
• Diagnose patients through observation and discussion
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals
• Use exercise, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
• Record patient progress and modify care plans as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida (or able to obtain license promptly)
• Proficient in computer use and EMR software
• All experience levels encouraged to apply
