• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and security.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance.
• Assist with onboarding and IT setup for new employees.
• Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers when necessary.

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Preferred: Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.).
