Some of your Registered Nurse (RN) Job
Responsibilities include:
* Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
* Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
* Medication administration
* Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
* Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
* Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy
Registered Nurse (RN)
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the State
* CPR Certification required
* One Year prior nursing experience preferred
