Compensation: Based on experience + overtime + performance incentives

Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating evenings/weekends for emergency service

Job Description: Eternity Heating & Cooling is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. We’re seeking a technician who takes pride in their work, values customer satisfaction, and is committed to doing the job right the first time.
Whether you’re responding to a no-cool call in the middle of summer or performing a routine maintenance visit, you’ll represent the professionalism and reliability our customers count on.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, including electrical, refrigerant, and airflow problems
• Perform routine maintenance on air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, and air handlers
• Complete system repairs in a timely, accurate, and safe manner
• Clearly explain findings and recommendations to customers in a professional manner
• Document service calls, parts used, and customer interactions in our CRM
• Maintain a clean work environment in homes and job sites
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergency service
• Communicate with dispatch and office staff to ensure efficient routing and scheduling

• 1+ years of experience as a service technician in HVAC (residential or light commercial)
• EPA certification required (Type II or Universal preferred)
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerant circuits
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable using technology—tablets, diagnostic tools, mobile apps
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to work occasional evenings/weekends and be part of the emergency rotation
