Job Description
The Service Sales Technician plays a vital role in supporting both residential and commercial customers through expert technical troubleshooting, sales support, and equipment maintenance. This position involves fieldwork to ensure proper installation, provide technical training, and maintain strong customer relationships with follow-up service.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residential and commercial clients
- Support sales efforts through technical expertise and product knowledge
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions
- Assist with equipment installation and setup in the field
- Perform routine maintenance on service equipment
- Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams
- Conduct customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in service sales or technical support
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Comprehensive product knowledge relevant to service sales
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and negotiation abilities
- Proficient with basic computer applications
