Overview of the Position
The Department Manager for the Propane Division plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the enterprise. Key Responsibilities- Day-to-Day Management:
Overseeing the daily activities of the staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This includes managing schedules, monitoring performance, and addressing any operational issues that may arise. - Staff Leadership and Development:
Providing clear direction and support to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. This includes hiring, training, and mentoring staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively. - Operational Oversight:
Ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed, and that the company complies with industry regulations and standards. This includes monitoring safety protocols, managing inventory, and overseeing maintenance of equipment and facilities. - Reporting and Analysis:
