• Lead internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Delegate tasks effectively and report results
• Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in Kitchen, People, and Service areas
• Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items in the Kitchen
• Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
• Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff are trained and service areas are organized for best service
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members)
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating, and/or developing others or US Military Service
• Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
• Strong customer service and support focus
• Effective communication and ability to anticipate customer needs
• Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
