Candidates must have a proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant, providing leadership, developing staff, effectively managing food and labor costs, implementing SOPs, and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide leadership and direction to restaurant staff
• Develop and coach team members; maintain high standards of food quality and service
• Monitor and control food and labor costs; implement SOPs
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient restaurant operation

• Strong leadership skills; team player
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Good oral and written English communication
• Ability to control food and labor costs
• Compliance with government regulations and company policies
• Stable work history
• At least 4 years of restaurant management experience
• Willing to work any day including weekends and holidays
• Serv Safe or similar certification
