Position

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time DISHWASHER position.

Location
:
Patrick Henry College – 10 Patrick Henry Circle, Purcellville, VA 20132.

Schedule
:
Full‑time schedule – Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (details upon interview).

Requirement
:
Prior dishwashing experience is required.

Pay Range
: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour.

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

• Scrape, rinse and wash dishware by hand or use dishwashing machine; ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans and trays according to established procedures.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as specified.
• Keep dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and dispose in designated containers; steam‑clean or hose garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist in loading and unloading supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior dishwashing experience required.
