- Assist the store management team in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store, focusing on customer satisfaction, sales generation, and maintaining store standards. This includes opening and closing the store, managing cash handling procedures, and providing excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with shopping needs, provide product information, and resolve inquiries and complaints.
- Open and close the store following established procedures, ensuring security and cash safety.
- Perform cashier duties, including processing transactions, handling cash, and balancing the cash drawer.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure a safe shopping environment.
- Assist with receiving shipments, verifying inventory, and pricing merchandise.
- Enforce store policies and loss prevention measures.
- Provide training and guidance to new employees as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience
- Experience with key cutting and programming preferred
- Experience handling cash and operating a POS system
- Experience providing excellent customer service

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn and operate key cutting machines
