Coach with Loudoun Soccer Minis Powered by Soccer Stars. Are you enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about working with children? Soccer Stars partners with the Loudoun Soccer Club to launch Loudoun Soccer Minis—an early childhood development program through soccer. We are looking for fun-loving, reliable, and committed individuals in Greater Loudoun to join our growing coaching team. As a Soccer Stars coach, you ll lead children ages 1 to 5 in engaging, age-appropriate soccer activities that build confidence, coordination, and character, all while having fun.

This is a great opportunity for anyone with experience working with children (teacher, sports coach, camp counselor, nanny, caregiver) who wants to make a lasting impact. We provide hands-on training, a flexible schedule, and incentives. New coaches start at $35 per hour
, with the potential to earn up to $50 per hour as they grow within the program. Full-day Saturday coaching opportunities are available during Open Enrollment season, and training begins in August.

Soccer Stars is part of Youth Athletes United, created to provide the best programming and service in youth sports, starting with the first sports experience. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete, helping to build healthy habits, life skills, and increased youth activity.

• Lead children ages 1 to 5 in engaging, age-appropriate soccer activities that are non-competitive and fun.
• Provide individual attention to help every child succeed and reinforce positive behavior.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage progress and celebrate success.
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

• Commit to working up to 8 hours per Saturday for all 7 Saturdays of the Fall Season (9/6/2025 – 10/18/2025) with potential make-up on 10/25/2025.
• Reliable communication and transportation.
• Passion for working with children and a positive, fun teaching attitude.
• At least 18 years old; no soccer experience required.

All 7 Saturdays of the Fall Season (9/6/2025 – 10/18/2025) with up to 8 hours per Saturday (morning and/or afternoon). Potential make-up on 10/25/2025.

Classes are held across Loudoun County, VA and surrounding areas in pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers. Coaching may require travel up to one hour to reach a class location.

Compensation
:
New coaches start at $35 per hour
, with potential to earn up to $50 per hour as they grow within the program. Base pay range listed as $5,000.00/yr - $10,000.00/yr in some postings may reflect different formats; separate hourly pay is provided here.
