Facilities Assistant

Seeking a Facilities Assistant to start immediately for full-time temporary assistance until end of the year in our Purchase, NY office.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Assist with office closure tasks including packing boxes, cleaning office space, etc.
• There will also be other administrative tasks assigned as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
