About the Position
Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Clinical Recruiter for a temp-to-hire, full-time position for our client in Purchase, NY. If you’re passionate about recruiting participants for meaningful clinical trials and are ready to take the next step in your career, trust The Experts at Hiring Experts.
Position Type: Full‑Time, Contract‑to‑Hire
Location: Purchase, NY
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Interviews and onboarding: December 2025
Anticipated start: early January 2026
Key Responsibilities- Recruit subjects to participate in clinical trial testing
- Screen incoming candidate calls, educate candidates about current and future clinical trial testing, and interview subjects for scheduled studies
- Develop study schedules, maintain and update the Participant Database, and administer compensation schedules
- Receive and screen visitors, answer and route telephone calls, manage office supplies, mail, and faxes
- Provide administrative assistance for study materials and maintain all clerical functions assigned
- Support a safe and compliant workplace, adhering to company procedures and policies, and actively participate in Occupational Health & Safety initiatives
- Participate in and support Quality Department and Continuous Improvement processes
- 1‑2 years of related experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills; organized and attentive to detail
- Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office
- Able to remain flexible, professional, and patient amidst changing priorities
- Able to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, stoop, and crouch for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs as needed
