Position: Procurement Innovation & Commercialization Sr. Analyst (North America)

Overview

The Innovation & Commercialization team provides end-to-end North America (NA) Procurement support for Beverage Innovation programs (solution design, speed to market, risk mitigation and graphics excellence) and operates as the face of Procurement throughout the commercialization process. This role is critical to ensure internal communication flows across all stakeholders, and suppliers are prepared and ready for the hundreds of projects launched annually.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end ownership of Procurement innovation readiness tasks (charter to launch)
  • Lead communication with Suppliers, Procurement Category & Supply Leads, Brand Marketing and Integration Teams
  • Collaborate cross functionally (Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, etc.) to understand and assess business needs and mitigate risks
  • Document processes, deliverables and schedules for multiple projects
  • Provide project updates to Procurement organization via the Monthly Innovation Meeting Forum
  • Support development and delivery of Lead Time Memos which are distributed externally
  • Support material pricing requests
  • Track and manage creation and payment of purchase orders
  • Management and tracking of Graphics Service Providers performance for all involved projects measured by performance with pre‑determined KPI’s, including, but not limited to, strict adherence to Pepsi Co packaging graphics process, accurate graphics separations, printer knowledge, and timely hand off of graphics files to packaging printers
Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $84,000 - $140,650.
  • Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Requirements
  • Education:

    Undergraduate degree
  • Experience:

    2-5 years in CPG industry or comparable supply chain / procurement / graphics / project management
