we're looking for a broadcast operations manager to provide support, resources, and assistance to our markets. You'll work in a fast-paced, deadline-heavy environment to problem-solve and deliver solutions for our people and brands. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, technical aptitude, and soft people skills.

• daily downloading, editing, and delivery of audio, promos, and show segments.
• verifying audio has been delivered to markets on time.
• verifying completion of shows and backing up of audio.
• assisting local markets with a wide array of operational, technical, and programming tasks.
• responding quickly to support tickets, troubleshooting the problem, and fixing the problem (or moving to the appropriate person).
• creating new programming clocks (or updating) in gselector and/or our automation platforms.
• assisting key leadership in the administration and implementation of projects.

• experience programming (required)
• audio editing expertise with adobe or audacity(required)
• ability to prioritize and focus under fast‑paced pressure while managing multiple tasks and projects

• proficiency in the use of digital technology, including online publishing platforms
• must have great communication skills, obsessive attention to detail, and a sense of humor (we like to have fun!)
