We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Tax Sr. Analyst to join our tax team. This role is based out of our Purchase, NY headquarters, coming into the office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the Subpart F analysis and E&P adjustments for less complicated entities.
  • Prepare U.S. international tax filings, including Form 5471, Form 8858, and Form 8868, ensuring their accurate and timely submission.
  • Prepare the necessary disclosure statements under Sections 367, 351, and 368 for tax return filing.
  • Assist in the preparation of U.S. international tax provisions for the quarterly forecasts.
  • Assist in various planning projects to enhance the company's tax position.
  • Prepare the CTB election filings and coordinate with planners.
  • Assist with state and local tax filings and state tax audits.
  • Assist with the responses for IRS tax audit Information Document Requests (IDRs), covering topics such as Transition Tax, Earnings and Profits (E&P), FDII, and GILTI.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $84,000 - $140,650.
  • Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance
  • Minimum 2 years in international tax or 3 years in Fed/State tax compliance and analysis within a large public accounting firm or equivalent industry experience in a multinational corporate tax department
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in tax compliance software
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A commitment to ethical and compliant tax practices.
Preferred Requirements
  • Master in taxation or CPA is preferred
  • Experience with Corptax, HFM or SAP software is preferred
  • Power BI/Power Query or Alteryx Skills is a plus
