A leading investment firm is seeking a Vice President - Real Estate Credit located in Purchase, NY. This role involves underwriting and analyzing first mortgage investment opportunities while performing due diligence on properties. The ideal candidate will have between 8-12 years of experience in real estate finance, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with proficiency in financial modeling tools.
