Technical Business Engagement Analyst

Overview

This role provides application support for Pepsi Co’s Global Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) systems, which support safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives across the enterprise.

The Application Support Analyst will manage day-to-day production support, including monitoring tickets, troubleshooting application and data issues, and supporting users across a global environment. The role requires strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to navigate applications, databases, and operating systems, and clear communication with business users and technical teams.

Support role needed for all applications in the Pepsi Co Global Environment Health and Safety area. These functions consist of Health/Safety, Environment, Sustainability.

This role will also require:

• Problem solving skills for identifying application and data issues
• Database navigation skills - moderate SQL skills
• Communication skills for socialization of technical issues with internal customers

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $84,000 - $140,650.
• Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

• Problem solving skills for identifying application and data issues
• Moderate Technical Navigation Skills - Operating Systems, SOAP UI experience a plus
• Database navigation skills - moderate SQL skills
