Overview

We are looking for an Analyst to join our Supply Chain team to support Amazon. To set Soda Stream up to be successful in this changing and evolving segment of our business, we are working to build out our eCommerce group. While tied closely to the broader Soda Stream Supply Chain team, this role will serve as customer facing to Amazon and work in close partnership with our Amazon sales team and global Amazon team.

The ideal candidate is action oriented, results focused, and capable of collaborating both internally and externally while making recommendations to improve performance with this critical growth driver in the North American business.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the day‑to‑day Supply Chain liaison (single point of contact) between Amazon AVS, Soda Stream Sales team and NA Supply Chain team on key strategic projects/initiatives and support analytics that drive the supply chain service agenda for Amazon.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end Amazon order management and routing process, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, troubleshooting exceptions and aligning with Amazon routing guides to maintain compliance and optimal performance.
  • Support and lead weekly internal and external cross‑functional meetings focusing on delivering key service metrics that support the overall Amazon business such as fill rate and on‑time delivery.
  • Develop strong working relationships across a broad span of cross‑functional stakeholders both internally and externally to Soda Stream to include local sales, marketing, finance, local supply chain, Amazon global team and Amazon AVS.
  • Partner with local supply chain and planning teams on strategic initiatives related to HQ‑produced bundles, changes due to limited quantity and alternate methods of delivery, including direct import.
  • Coordinate efforts with Supply Chain Planning Teams to ensure updated and accurate forecasts to increase fill rates and minimize out‑of‑stock on Amazon, supporting the enablement of a traditional IBP process.
  • Enhance and evolve our standard communication venues, both internally to cross‑functional teams and externally with assigned customer contacts through effective creation of Amazon scorecards.
  • Apply consistent standard operating procedures to drive continuous improvement.
  • Understand and troubleshoot order life‑cycle issues (e.g., transport, order flow, financial, integration).
  • Own the Amazon chargebacks/fines & fees process end‑to‑end including reporting, analytics, disputing invalid fines, proactively identifying ways to mitigate future charges and partnering with our technology team to design novel solutions to both dispute and avoid charges.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in distribution/logistics and/or business process/systems analysis.
  • Experience with distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, supply planning and inventory management preferred, particularly working for or with Amazon.
  • Broad and detailed knowledge of the business processes used in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience in project management, and RFP/RFQ experience is an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with Net Suite ERP System preferred.
  • Tableau / Power BI experience considered a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and seamlessly as part of a cross‑functional team.
  • Results and detail oriented with excellent analytical and decision‑making ability.
  • Organized, with strong analytical and time‑management capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
Compensation

The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,000 – $85,000 per year. Confirmed job‑related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
