Catering Attendant

Overview

Restaurant Associates has an opening for on-call CATERING ATTENDANT positions.

Location:

Morgan Stanley Westchester - 2000 Westchester Ave, Purchase, NY 10577. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule:

Days and shifts may vary. More details are available upon interview. Prior catering experience is required. Fixed pay rate: $25.00 per hour. Perks include free parking, proximity to public transportation, and access to major highways.

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Arrange tables, decorations, and buffet setup; serve food and beverages to guests.
• Set up, operate, and break down event spaces; clean the location during and after events; return leftover food and equipment to the catering facility.
• Distribute and collect customer comment cards; maintain catering facility and equipment.
• Ensure friendly, courteous service at all times and maintain knowledge of the full menu and available products.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times; maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license may be required; must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol servers’ permit where required by state law.
