Prinsenstichting zoekt een cliëntbegeleider in Noord-Holland. Je werkt dagelijks in de groep, stemt af op mogelijkheden en beperkingen van bewoners en onderhoudt contact met verwanten. Als regiebegeleider maak je cliëntplannen met specialisten en bewaak de uitvoering daarvan.
Je bent flexibel inzetbaar voor ochtend-, middag-, avonddiensten, weekenden en nachtdiensten. Je hebt een relevante opleiding op minimaal niveau 3 (regiebegeleiding minimaal niveau
4) en ervaring met de doelgroep.
