S&Z Consultancy zoekt een zelfstandig werkende adviseur die bijdraagt aan digitaal vakmanschap binnen de organisatie. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een organisatiebrede aanpak voor leren en digitale adoptie en levert strategisch advies, kaders en ondersteuning bij implementatie.
De opdracht vereist HBO-niveau, minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in leren & ontwikkelen of verandermanagement, en beschikbaarheid voor 24 uur per week tot 1 oktober 2026.
