KBenP zoekt een zelfstandige doorstroomcoach voor de jeugd in Purmerend en Beemster. Je richt je op vroege schooluitval en legt verbinding met jongeren tot 27 jaar, om scholing en/of werk te vinden.
Je onderzoekt belemmeringen, coacht en biedt passende begeleiding; in samenwerking met leerplicht, jeugd en veiligheid, straatcoaches, jongerenwerk en politie. Locaties variëren van school tot huis van de jongere.
