Odion zoekt een Begeleider De Steiger voor de Tienergroep (12–18 jaar) in Purmerend. Je biedt structuur, veiligheid en ondersteuning bij ontwikkeling en voorbeeldgedrag. Je werkt met ondersteunende communicatie en betrekt wijk en partners bij diverse activiteiten.
Je draagt bij aan een warme, inclusieve leeromgeving in samenwerking met PB’ers en coaches. Een afstudeerd zorg- of welzijnsopleiding is vereist en je krijgt kansen voor trainingen en doorgroei binnen Odion.
