Odion zoekt een persoonlijk begeleider voor Oeverlanden in Purmerend. Je ondersteunt cliënten bij dagelijkse activiteiten, sociale contacten en welzijn, en bewaakt samen met het team de uitvoering van het ondersteuningsplan.
Je signaleert veranderingen in gedrag en welzijn, levert rust en duidelijke begeleiding, en werkt samen met verwanten en professionals om passende zorg te bieden. Een mbo-opleiding niveau 4 is vereist. Een vast dienstverband is mogelijk.
