Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our thriving clinic. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will greet customers, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication and computer skills, and can multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to customer needs throughout their visit

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiarity with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multitasking skills
