The YMCA of Greater Hartford is seeking a Youth Program Associate to support and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate activities for youth in Putnam, CT. This part-time role requires weekend and evening availability and a commitment to safety, inclusivity, and positive relationships.
You will work with staff to plan activities, supervise participants, communicate with families, and help run clinics and events, contributing to YMCA core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.
