Join our team as a Full Time or Part Time Direct Support Professional. In this role, you will assist with household chores and tasks, drive to appointments, provide assistance with personal hygiene, and help develop routines that promote independence and self-sufficiency. You will also teach essential life skills, such as grocery shopping and budgeting, empowering individuals to navigate everyday life.

To thrive in this role as a Direct Support Professional, a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities is a key attribute. The following skills and qualifications are required:
- Excellent Communication
- Problem-Solving and flexibility
- A commitment to the health and wellbeing of others
- A high school education (or GED)
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license, insurance and registration
- Must be at least 18 years or older with a personal cell phone
