Knowledge of operating machinery and material handling Must be able to move drums of liquid adhesive using a dolly Steel-toe shoes Able to work up to a 12-hour shift

Job Duties:

Operate and adjust coating and laminating machines to ensure proper adhesive application. Monitor machine performance and coating quality, making real-time adjustments. Perform product changeovers, machine setup, and cleanups to maximize efficiency. Mix and prepare adhesive formulations using mechanical equipment. Inspect products for quality defects and ensure production standards are met. Use material handling equipment (forklifts, hoists, pallet jacks) to move materials.

Work safely with industrial chemicals and solvents (MEK, Toluene). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members and assist with laminating operations and production support. Follow all safety procedures, hazardous waste protocols, and manufacturing guidelines. Benefits:
