Day Kimball Health is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Intensive Care Unit Part Time Day Shift 24‑Hours job in Putnam, CT.
This position is eligible for a sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000.

Job Summary
As the Registered Nurse (RN), you will diagnose responses to actual or potential health problems and provide basic emergent, supportive, and restorative care through the nursing process. Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served in assigned responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients systematically based on age and developmental level.
- Use effective oral and written communication skills for complete and accurate documentation.
- Perform technical skills and operate patient care equipment and procedures accurately.
- Evaluate the plan of care and reformulate goals as necessary.
- Develop and implement a plan of care for each patient.
- Recognize unsafe or life‑threatening situations and intervene appropriately.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Connecticut.
- Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification or equivalent within 3 months of hire.
- Current NVCIT (Non‑Violent Crisis Intervention Training) certification or within 3 months of hire.
